As some may remember, I hit my goal weight about a month and a half ago. My goal weight was 12 stone and 7 pounds. Reached it and maintained it for a few weeks. Now however I’ve just kept on losing, that wasn’t necessarily a part of the plan! Weighed in over the weekend at 11 stone and 10 pounds, I’m eating normally and I don’t know what’s wrong.
I swim twice a week and circuit train on friday mornings, so I’ve kept active all this time and have ate healthy. Since I lost my weight I do have more fatty foods now like fish and chips etc. on days where I’m exercising. I’m just a bit worried, I know how to eat to lose weight but eating to sustain seems like a whole different thing, gym on friday, need more muscles, gonna get me some protein shakes too. I’m not going skinny!
Remember lads, I’ve done it, so can you :) (even the clothes I bought when I hit my goal weight aren’t fitting anymore…I’ve lost 5 stone)
