My Fat Sunday (BUCS)
There were southern qualifiers on Sunday for BUCS. Our swim team is division 3 (the lowest division and we had a real shot at promotion)…until nobody turned up from our team! We were missing loads of people and the day was wasted really. My Fat Swimming Sessions (Vol. ?!)
No idea what volume we’re on anymore, but to crack on, just updated my runkeeper with my swims up until now…going well, I’ve definitely got better compared to when I first started last year though.
Yesterday we had a coach in from Ealing Swimming Club and those guys are 2 things, 1) Machines
