I'm Nathaniel & This is My Fitness Blog.
Here you will find the ramblings of a runner. I've changed my lifestyle, I wanted to be a healthier, fitter person and now that's what I am! You can do it too. I'm here to help and motivate you to get running! It's never too late to start running. I'm a young man that's trying to be the best that I can be and seeing what happens afterwards. So far it's taken me across Europe to run races and even finish the Virgin London Marathon, there's more to come though, stay tuned! -Nat-
