Here you will find the ramblings of a runner. I've changed my lifestyle, I wanted to be a healthier, fitter person and now that's what I am! You can do it too. I'm here to help and motivate you to get running! It's never too late to start running. I'm a young man that's trying to be the best that I can be and seeing what happens afterwards.
