My Weekend Plan
Tonight I’m essentially ignoring the Euro 2012 Tournament for now due to ‘Footballing Reasons’ and will watch it when I can! Today is all about my return to the Spartan Fam in Shoreditch tonight. It’s been raining all day so the body weight training in the park is going to be interesting to say the least. Good bodies are made in bad weather though, that’s how you get ready for the summer!
